This is a detached bungalow on a corner plot, just a few yards from Broadstairs seafront, close to the main bay and harbour, and very convenient for beaches, shops and restaurants, all within a quarter mile. There is ample off-road parking, and an interesting garden. The sitting room is very large, light and sunny, with gas-coal fire, and the furnishings include 2 easy chairs, a sofa and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen leads into a newly built spacious conservatory which is a lovely place to eat or relax. There is also access to a patio area and the rest of the garden. There are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, and a bathroom and separate loo.
